Hang Spell [Metamagic]
Version: 1.1 (09-May-2001)
Author: Michael S. Thibault

The character can cast a spell that has already been prepared and "hang" the spell almost indefinitely for later use as a free action. The character can perform another action, even casting another spell, in the same round as the character releases a hung spell. The character may only cast one hung spell per round as a free action, and only one spell can be hung at a time. A spell whose casting time is more than 1 full round cannot be hung. If a hung spell is not released within 8 hours of casting it dissipates and is lost. A hung spell uses up a spell slot five levels higher than the spell's actual level.

Improved Subdue [General]
Version: 1.0 (09-May-2001)
Author: Chris McLeod

Prerequisite: Weapon Focus in the weapon, limited to blugeoning or slashing weapons

The character is an expert at delivering subdual damage with normal weapons. Useful for law enforcement, pacifists, or in jurisdictions where combat is common but lethal combat has strict penalties.

Benefit: With the use of this feat, a character can inflict subdual damage with the chosen weapon at no penalty.

Normal: Inflicting subdual damage with a weapon incurs a -4 to hit penalty.

Special: The character can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time the character takes the feat, it applies to a new weapon.

Offhand Defence [General]
Version: 1.0 (05-Jul-2001) (changed from dodge to deflection bonus)
Author: Michael S. Thibault

Prerequisites: Ambidexterity, Two-Weapon Fighting, Expertise, Base Attack Bonus +2

Benefit: When the character uses the attack action or full attack action in melee, the character can take a penalty of as much as -6 on the character's base attack bonus for offhand attacks and add half of that number (rounded down, up to a maximum +3) to the character's Armour Class. The penalty may not reduce the character's base attack bonus below zero. If the character has multiple offhand attacks, the penalty is applied to all of these attacks equally. The changes to attack rolls and Armour Class last until the character's next action. The bonus to the character's Armour Class is a deflection bonus.

Singularity of Focus [General]
Version: 1.0 (05-May-2001)
Author: Michael S. Thibault

Prerequisites: Wis 13+, Base Attack Bonus +1

Benefit: The character gains a +4 to all Sense Motive checks when using the skill to resist the misdirection of a feint in combat.

Strawman [General]
Version: 1.0 (05-May-2001)
Author: Michael S. Thibault

Prerequisite: Dex 15+., Base Attack Bonus +1

The character can lure opponents with ranged weapons into firing dangerously close to their allies.

Benefit: If the character is engaged in melee and being attacked with ranged weapons the character can designate one melee attacker and one ranged attacker. If the ranged attack misses it has a chance of hitting the attacker engaged in melee. Use the initial attack roll against the character as the attack roll. If the attack roll falls within a range low enough to miss the character but high enough to strike the melee attacker, the melee attacker is struck.

Normal: Without this feat, a ranged attack only has a chance of hitting the wrong target if the melee attacker is providing cover for the character.
